“rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. healing is an act of communion”

“I deeply value the time we spent together with you and all the progress you've helped my family work through. Working with you was truly transformative and my husband and I are really grateful for all your support. We’ve made more progress with you in the last 3 months than in the past years trying other therapy methods.

Thank you so much!

I will recommend you to all the families I know.”

Sacha Kent

I know, from personal experience, from training & supporting many families over the last few years, that there is a way through if you have the right people alongside you.

In times of worry and distress we can lose our perspective, our confidence… we feel ourselves floundering and we can feel desperate for some steady, knowledgeable guidance. I work with you to help you find your way with an approach that is both informed and instinctive.

Working with someone who can really understand, give insight, ask the right questions and be a clear and empathetic presence can be life-changing and pave the road to healing, peace and recovery – for the whole family.

“One day you will tell your story of how you've overcome what you're going through now, and it will become part of someone else's survival guide.”

How I work

My approach is deeply human and draws on my own lived experience as well as combined trainings in Psychodynamic Counselling, Professional Coaching Skills, Yoga Therapy & Meditation teaching as well as specialist trainings in mental health & neurodiversity.

I work with parents, either one or both together & I also work with the young person – always with the intention of facilitating understanding, healing, repair and connection.
